1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Central Nordic Services Oy ("we", "us"). They apply to the Secure Clean app, this website and any related services. By creating an account, buying a subscription or using the service you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Who we are
The service is provided by Central Nordic Services Oy, Åkerlundinkatu 11, 33100 Tampere, Suomi. You can contact us at contact@simplecapitalfinance.com.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to buy a subscription. If you are younger, you may only use the service with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms for you.
4. The service
Secure Clean is a utility for iPhone that helps you free up storage and organise your photos and contacts. Core features are available in the Basic app. Advanced tools, including Photo Compression, Metadata Cleaner, Secret Folders and Smart Check, are available with Premium.
We may improve, change or remove features over time. We will try to give notice of significant changes that affect paid functionality.
5. Your account
After you subscribe you receive an email with the password for your personal account. You are responsible for keeping those details confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at contact@simplecapitalfinance.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
6. Your content and your decisions
Your photos and contacts remain yours. Secure Clean only analyses them locally on your device to offer cleaning suggestions. You alone decide which items to delete, compress, merge or modify.
Deleted or changed items may not be recoverable. Please review every selection and keep a backup of anything important before confirming an action.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer the service, except where the law permits;
- use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes;
- attempt to bypass payment, access controls or security measures;
- interfere with the website or app, or overload our systems;
- share your account credentials with others.
8. Subscriptions and payments
Premium is sold on this website and is not an Apple In-App Purchase. Prices, trial terms, renewals and cancellation are described in our Subscription Terms. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
9. Intellectual property
The app, website, design, text, logos and software are owned by Central Nordic Services Oy or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose while these Terms apply.
10. Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a specific amount of storage will be freed.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service and other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
13. Governing law, changes and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Consumers keep the protection of mandatory laws in their country of residence and may bring disputes before the competent courts or the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
