Subscription Terms
1. Scope of these terms
These Subscription Terms explain how Secure Clean Premium is sold, billed, renewed and cancelled. They supplement our Terms of Use. By starting a trial or subscription you accept both documents.
2. Seller
Premium is sold by Central Nordic Services Oy, Åkerlundinkatu 11, 33100 Tampere, Suomi. Contact: contact@simplecapitalfinance.com.
Premium is purchased on this website and is not an Apple In-App Purchase, so it is not managed in your Apple ID subscription settings.
3. What Premium includes
Premium unlocks the advanced tools of Secure Clean:
- Photo Cleanup and Photo Compression;
- Contact Cleanup for duplicate and incomplete contacts;
- Metadata Cleaner to remove GPS and EXIF data;
- Secret Folders protected with a PIN code;
- Smart Check storage review.
4. Available plans and prices
The following plans are offered. Prices are shown in US dollars and may include taxes where required.
- 3 Day Trial: $4.99 for three days of access, then $44.99 per month.
- Weekly: $10.99 per week.
- Monthly: $44.99 per month.
5. Trial period
The trial is a paid introductory offer of $4.99 that gives you three days of Premium plans. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan automatically continues as a monthly subscription at $44.99 per month. The trial fee is charged immediately when you start.
The trial is limited to one per customer.
6. Automatic renewal
All subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period until you cancel. Weekly plans renew every seven days and monthly plans every month on the same date. Your payment method is charged at the start of each new period.
7. Payment methods and billing
You authorise us and our payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the plan price, applicable taxes and any renewals. You must provide accurate payment details and keep them up to date. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend Premium plans until payment is completed.
8. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time through your customer account. If you have difficulty cancelling, email contact@simplecapitalfinance.com and we will assist you. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next recurring charge.
After cancellation you keep Premium plans until the end of the period you have already paid for.
9. Account access
After you subscribe, we send an email containing the password for your personal account. Use these details to sign in and access Secure Clean. Please change or store the password safely and do not share it. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact us.
10. Refunds
Refund eligibility and the steps for requesting one are described in our Refund Policy. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not by itself refund amounts already paid.
11. Price and plan changes
We may change prices or plan features. We will inform you in advance by email, and the new price will apply from your next renewal after the notice. If you do not accept the change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
12. Taxes and currency
Prices may be subject to VAT or other taxes depending on your location, which are calculated at checkout. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees if your card is not in US dollars.
13. Consumer rights and contact
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country, including rights of withdrawal where they apply.
